World Hotel Casati 18 – Italy
Located just steps from Milan’s renowned shopping district, the World Hotel Casati 18 has undergone a major restyling project led by architect Max Minoja.
RODA For You took part in the renovation by contributing to the furnishing of the new guest rooms, creating bespoke solutions that gave the private areas a refreshed look and a renewed sense of style. The aim of the project was to combine aesthetics, functionality, and comfort, offering larger, brighter, and more welcoming spaces.
Originally built as a residential building, the hotel was converted into a hospitality venue towards the end of the 20th century. Starting in 2020/21, a phased renovation plan was launched to progressively upgrade both the guest rooms and common areas, floor by floor.
The renovation responds to the evolving needs of the modern traveler: from business guests to international tourists drawn to a Milan that is increasingly vibrant and hospitality-driven, especially in the wake of Expo.
